Individual Therapy

Whether you are struggling with everyday stressors, working toward goals, or experiencing more serious mental health issues, we’ll work together to help you find balance and coping skills to improve your quality of life.

A good therapist is like a good personal trainer. I can’t do the work for you, but I’ll support you and provide the tools, strategies, and education to help you achieve optimal health and well-being. I see therapy as a journey we take together, as I provide support and shine a light on what you are facing while assuring you that you don’t have to face it alone.

Specializations

I’ve had previous experience working as a chaplain and with diverse populations, including incarcerated individuals, adolescents, and people struggling with addictions. In addition, I have been on my own mental health journey. These experiences afford me an openness and willingness to connect no matter what you’ve been through. I specialize in the following areas:
